They have a very unprofessional cashier by the name Thandeka we got the she was just standing at her till after a while we asked her can we odeon her she said yes with a attitude the we bout from another lady she was busy passing remarks like we are not the wouldn’t recommend any one to go the she rude left the angry she makes mc Donald’s look bad

This place desperately needs self service stations. This day and age, the long line is just unacceptable. I am even thinking of driving out of the mall and find the nearest McDonald's.

The staff is very unprofessional especially towards people who work at the mall. I literally waited for almost 20 minutes for a McFlurry while they served people who came after me and that wasn’t the first time. It’s starting to feel like a personal attack because even 3 days back I went and bought a watermelon Mcfizz and it took them about 30 minutes. I waited until I was the only customer left. By the time I got back at work my lunch was over. No apologies, nothing!

Worst Mc Donald's ever they don't open on the stipulated time they play around and and act as if they see you and some of the stuff come in late too to show there is no order...you can't have just a simple meal as Breakfast.private inspection is needed

The worst McDonalds i have ever been to... The women staff are very very rude and disrespectful, They are only nice to male customers also you only allowed to sit for 30mins and they will keep reminding you that the clock is ticking whilst you are still enjoying meal...Terrible customer service

Probably the most out of date McDonald's around. No touch screen self service kiosks. No digital display menus. This morning at 8:05am the menus weren't even rotated to display the breakfast options. There coffee machine wasn't working so couldn't change my coffee to a cuppacino. They don't even have McCafe like most the other branches. u0026 this McDonald's is situated in Mega Shopping Center as Eastgate. Absolutely pathetic!!

Worst service I have ever received from Mc Donald. The cashier by the name of Thandeka asked me to order and kept me waiting while busy with other orders. She then asked me to insert the card and kept me waiting forever again. The attitude and service of the staff was absolutely horrendous. The service in Doornfontein and Pritchard in town is ten times better than Eastgate.
