Stayed in 2 bedrommed apartment(403) for 5 days. Generally good experience.
Good water supply. Clean. Polite staff, great location next to Mall

Opportunties
1. Sitting room aircon old and noisy
2. Furniture in Sitting room needs replacement
2. Sheets not changed daily
3. We were 3 but only 2 towels provided
4. My parking has someone parked there on 2 days

A modern update is required in the rooms, they don't look so nice. Comfortable for just an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend to friends and family.

Catering services sucks, buffet and get told you can only eat once after being charged R300 is ridiculous

The place look decent from outside and very easy to find but that just it. Guy at the reception was the cold as ice. We were shocked when we went into our room, the floor rug was visible dirty as you walk in. The lace curtains were so dirty they had oils stains and were torn. The curtains were so shriveled and were just hanging on the rails . No towels in the bathroom, we had to request them. We even attempted to look for alternative accommodation.

The hotel is located behind Eastgate mall, really easy access. They have outside suite rooms on two levels. The suites are separated into units of two ground floor and two top floor which gives a type of open space feeling. There are also conference facilities, as well as a dining room. Super friendly staff all round. Really enjoyed my stay there while training.

Spacious unit, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and equipped kitchen. It has just been neglected here and there and the carpets needs replacement. Across a shopping mall and close to other shopping malls too. Very conveniently situated. I had a delicious breakfast

Business Trip didnt have much time to review apartment. In general it was ok. However there were no facilities like crockery, ironing board, etc.

The rooms were beautiful, the receptionist was friendly, the only issue was the Nigerian guys that were perving over our young daughters and nieces, they kept coming around to where we stayed and kept asking the young girls to "hug them", one guy was lurking around the windows peeping, the other guy and lady kept coming to our rooms to say we are making a noise which made it a bit challenging to enjoy ourselves.
