I had a nice breakfast though have always loved wimpy breakfast. The server (Mr. Joe) was very friendly and also helped with the app to make my order swift next time.

The environment is clean, and I was able to charge my laptop as I did a brief work. See me again ????????????

Staff were friendly, food was fresh, and we didn't wait very long.
My cappuccino was great with cream. And my boys loved the fresh chips.
The burger special was offered to me and I took it.

What a pathetic experience. We were seated and the lady disappeared. After 15 - 20 minutes we had to call on someone to take our order. The drinks came 30 minutes later and only because we wanted the manager. The milkshakes were so watery you could tell that they were done a while back. The food was cold. The service was pathetic honestly. I have never been to such a Wimpy. My family and I were very disappointed. The food didn't even look appetising. We only ate because we were really hungry. They seriously need to improve. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Probably the worst Wimpy chain out there.

The food took 30 minutes to arrive, the milkshakes were watery u0026 we sent them back u0026 still came back watery and unsatisfactory.
The burger buns were dry u0026 unfresh- definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this chain.
The chairs are old and tired u0026 they were no sanitizers at the table and the waiter used the same cloth to wipe down each table.

I’m disappointed.

Wow ....today we decided to visit Wimpy at eastgate mall...at first we met Portia who was our waitress..oh what a pleasant lady ...the exceptional customer service that we experienced was out of this world,she kept on checking on us ....then we ate a very succulent meat....The Manager (Maureen) on duty was also the best .....Thank you so much for such an awesome experience ....

Great experience at Wimpy Eastgate, especially the managers Angeline, Nicky and Maureen.They made sure the floor was busy and all customers were taken care of..A place to be when hungry. Fast and effective

The service that I received from the Manager Ms Nickie Luthuli, was more than excellent in the circumstances. Her personality is too full of the milk of human kindness.
