Staff does not pay attention to customers. Continued chatting away . Never assisted with what we were looking for until we left.

My fiancé and I experienced extremely poor customer services at Tread + Miller Eastgate Shopping Centre, We were looking for a wedding shoe for my fiancé, while paying for the shoe which was quite expensive and not on sale, the manager of the branch Michelle was very rude, loud, unprofessional and completely refused to help us with some minor requests. We had asked her to kindly get us another shoe in that size because we noticed lines in the leather shoes, she responded very rudely by saying my fiance wore them that's why they look that way. PLEASE can you explain how a R2000 shoe can look so worn out after trying it on for less than 5 mins???

The second discomforting situation was, asking Michelle for a new box, as the box it came in was torn and did not look presentable for pictures. I stress again this was a shoe for the groom on his wedding day. She completely refused to get us a new box.

I am very disappointed with the customer services at this branch.

By far the best customer service I've ever experienced. Sandra the manager went out of her way to make sure I was 100% satisfied after returning a pair of shoes. For a 5 star experience, from a world class brand, look no further than Sandra and her team at Tread and Miller Eastgate.

The woman who wears white rimmed glasses is rude. She demonstrated this on two separate occasions -unprovoked and not only to me/us but to another old man enquiring about a 30% discount. Customer care orientation for her specifically is a must.

Not only does this store have awesome good quality shoes ,reasonably priced , but it also has the most AMAZING STAFF!!!! Wow what an utterly BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE I had shopping at Tread and Miller Eastgate. I am super impressed!!!!!!! THANK YOU STAFF.????
