Made my way to Starbucks for the first time... and I was not disappointed! Only had a cappuccino and it was pleasantly well balanced, no overpowering of milk and coffee beans... just a delicate balance. It's location is also spectacular and has a great ambient flow and nonchalant vibe... Plenty of seating space to plug in, grab a small bite and catch up on your Social Media, read a book or paper and also plug points to enable you to respond to urgent emails on your laptop... Staff also very friendly and efficient... Overall a great place to catch a pit stop!

Great vibe. Very clean and neat. Excellent coffee and drinks. Great quality and tasty variety of cold and hot. They have a quick snack as well. Bit on the expensive side but definitely worth the "brand". Good for a quick sit down at lunch time and this branch is spacious and not overcrowded in the middle of the day for lunch time. Staff is very friendly and efficient with service. Definitely try the Caramel Frappuccino

Great service at the Starbucks Reserve counter. Coffee was Papua New Guinea which was smooth and delicious. Our barista explained the beans, roasting and brewing process to us. Dairy alternatives available. I recommend the Vanilla Bean Latte with Oat Milk!

I ordered a basic cappuccino but I really enjoyed it! Staff are a quick, friendly and cheerful bunch. They make it this Starbucks a great Starbies ????

Great service! Tonnes of seating with plug points if you plan to do work. Strong and secured wifi as well. Spent the entire day there and had no problems.

As neat and clean as it looked inside, the bathrooms were the opposite ???? something I don’t expect from such an establishment. Really ruined the whole experience.

Starbucks Melrose Arch , An arrogant, condescending, rude cashier guy named Thabang is not suitable for customer facing roles. Not sure if Starbucks will be able to counsel him to adjust his attitude. He will be better suited to a cleaning, packing, storeroom duty roles. The team is as strong as the weakest link, and sadly Thabang should be appointed elsewhere else he'll compromise the reputation of Starbucks and the the good team members.
