Unfortunately have had multiple terrible experiences here! From wrong orders where the branch just doesn't seem to care (nor any response received from email to corperate or complaints on their own app)! Tonight after waiting over 1.5 hours we still do not have our food (and after 9pm now so the branch is closed), and after a call from the branch an hour ago saying our food was on its way, but the driver had a few stops (but seriously how many stops can one bike make???)! Last time we will be ordering from this branch, not worth the frustration!!!
***UPDATE! OUR FOOD ARRIVED (SEE PICTURES)! Not only did they get some food wrong (ordered and paid for 2 cheesy chips only got 1!) But the food was ordered 7:25 and was delivered in an unedible state at 9:40! This is an actual joke! Please save yourself the trauma!

Guys tjoooo u havent seen such a terrible service in my life like what i saw today from staffa and food quality is terrible. No proper managment to enagange the customers the guy who was a cashire he is busy shouting at the back wrong orders only 2 customers make rhe whole staff confused no que at all. Please let the onwer do something about this business better close down and found proper staff. I orderd 1/4 chicken n chips of wich i receive dry chicken with no sauce and rotten dry chips i cant eat this even a dog cant eat this. I would like to complain to their head office this is nonsense service for unproffesional staff, that need propper training.

The staff are so friendly and its not crowded because there is online shopping, thank you guys I enjoyed my ribs and chips. Thanks Tshebe Teffu was my cashier

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Deserves a 0 star.
Ordered through Uber eats at 8:30pm by 9:30pm nothing got deliver but store claims they sent the order out whilst the app showed nothing was sent. We live down the road less than 5km away. Called and explained I got nothing the incompetent workers refused to help me. Didn’t offer any help. I am absolutely furious u0026 disgusted at how inoperative steers staff members were. Staff denied to talk me through the process of who they so called “gave” the food to. Their attitude is despicable u0026 definitely not friendly or helpful at all.

My friends and I went for breakfast to Steers early on a Monday morning. I accidentally left my purse there and driving through that Steers again a week later, I asked if they had seen my purse and they said yes. They had kept it locked away for me with everything in, my drivers license, debt card, ID, everything down to the last cent was in there.
When we arrived on the Saturday morning to see if they had my purse, it was around 5am. I asked if they could call the manager to unlock the office my purse was in and the manager was there within 15 minutes.
I’m so grateful for the staff at this Steers and how incredible they were, from keeping my things safe to helping me at 5am on a Saturday morning!
Thank you to the staff at the Steers in three sister one stop!

The service was very slow we waited for our food for more than 30 minutes. Kids even compared the service with the other branches on which we didn't have to wait that long. When they were thinking of fast food they said we can't go there because they make us wait a long time. Also their food wasn't as flavourful as you would expect from Steers .... I will rather go to Greenstone Mall or find another one close by....

Horrible customer service. I was there last night. The workers were very rude. I had to wait for over 45 minutes for my order. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
