Very beautiful place; lovely bfast and nice staff. However; oxtail at dinner was bad; half of wine in menu was not available; TV not switching on; Receptionist could not activate room key; carpets must be cleaned or changed. This is a lovely place just needs lots of attention if it has to stay in business.

My friends threw me a surprise baby shower there and it was such a pleasant experience. We had a private room with or very own designated waitress called Busisiwe. She did a great job taking care of our every need.
The food was delicious and the scenery was impeccable.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday on Saturday night. We were a party of 60 people and had exclusive use of the reception area for welcome drinks and exclusive use of the restaurant for the function. The venue was exceptional and perfect for the occasion. The buffet menu was really good and reasonably priced. There were reasonably priced alcohol options. The staff were extremely professional, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel special.
I give them a 100% rating, well done.

I loved it .... Great service in the morning I wanted to eat croissants and they baked them specially for me, the spa had given me an extra 30 min massage on the house. So all in all I will be back. Although the view from my room wasn't all that great will defiantly book ahead and face the pool.

Perfectly adequate overnight accommodation. Neat and clean. Coffee plunger with real coffee rather than instant coffee was a definite winning feature. Very close to Sandton for easy convenience.

booked for high tea and everything was disastrous. They served food that was not on the agreed upon menu, there was options that I didnt eat but had discussed with the front desk manager a couple of weeks before. oh and get this? there was no tea at the high tea. beyond a disappointment.

Wonderful setting u0026 the breakfast was great. However, the service in the restuarant was slow to non-existent. We had to keep calling the waiter to get service. This took time as the waiter disappeared for long periods at a time.
