The trip to this place just like symbolic of a warrior heading to a castle at a ground. This place is very tightly secured area so safety is really not an issue. The hotels biggest attraction definitely has to be the views looking over Johannesburg. It has a similar vibe to Rand Lords and the Westcliff's Four Seasons. The restaurant and hotel is very elegant and it feels as if you are catering for a VIP guest. One recommendation is to try and dress as smartly as possible.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The view is breathtaking! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are stunning! Very clean and overall, just a 5 star experience.
Special thanks to Monique who went over and above to help me with items that I left behind... much appreciated! We will DEFINITELY be staying here often when visiting Jozi!

This place is a hidden gem! I had dinner at The Crane Restaurant for my anniversary and we absolutely enjoyed it. The food u0026 service was great. The music created a beautiful ambience as we watched the breath-taking sunset. A very romantic place! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star is because the wipe marks on the glass panels were distracting as we were watching the sunset - they could be much cleaner.
But I'll definitely be coming more often!

I understand every hotel does have rules however the way those rules are communicated is also very important. Giving away a reserved table cant possibly be part of these rules. I do not appreciate or accept the apology as this hotel totally ruined what was meant to be a beautiful and memorable day for me. You definitely will not be seeing me or anyone associated with me again.

What a gem, the service was awesome, thanks to the lady who was serving us in the evening of the 16th of July 2022 (can’t remember her name). However the little ramp when walking into the restaurant is too steep I almost fell, a lady the came after us had heels on and her partner had to hold her hand. Kindly do something about the ramp. Otherwise everything was top tier????????????????

What an amazing experience, the gourmet food basket was delicious and filling! Spectacular views ???????? can't wait to visit again!!!
