My accommodation was basic but clean. Unfortunately the towel rail fell off the wall, and other fittings in my bathroom were only just hanging on. Saying that the room was quiet and I had plenty of room. The room safe I never got to work, but this was not a problem as just took my valuables with me. Molly the manager was super welcoming and friendly. The only downside were the security gates, they were locked when whenever we returned to the premises (rightly so) but we struggled to get anyone's attention to let's us back in!!!

Disaster...no reception at the gate. We stood in front of the gate for over 10 minutes. We booked months in advance with the promise the loadsheadding wont be a problem, well it was a big problem, there was no petrol for the generator. We waited one and a half hour for petrol. The bride was late for her wedding because of the Guesthouse. The plugs in the room where the bride was suppose to dress and do her hair was faulty. Some of the guests rooms didn't have globes for the lights. I will never recommend this guest house to any bride or wedding couple.

Shout out to Lebohang and the staff for making our stay amazing and assisting with additional room my bridesmaids and me to get hair and make up!!!

Room not ready, no one to let you in at the gate, floors dirty, no WiFi, dstv not working, tikes falling if wall in bathroom, ceiling about to fall down, fridge balanced on a crate, shelves fallen off and just lying around. Grounds unkept, grass not cut, car in grass, dirty pool, just aweful. Facilities very poor nothing like the photos

Unkempt Gardens full of weeds, chickens everywhere, impossible to sleep. This place is nothing like the photos, pool is ghastly green, wanted to have a swim before our wedding but no chance of that.

We were the only guests and asked if it was possible to make use of one of the rooms adjacent to ours, so that we had space for both bride and groom to get dressed for our ceremony, and received a flat out no. No compromise or even politeness. Definitely would not recommend to couples thinking of getting married next door at the Forest Walk Venue (The venue gets a resounding 10/10 from us though).

We booked the place on time. They confirmed they would clean the place and groom the garden. None of that was done- I (the bride) had to come and mop the floor, remove their dirty and dusty curtains. When we called MamSalome the owner, she insisted that it was how they clean - yet the place was visibly I in cleaned and dusty!

No one wanted to be responsible enough to at least apologise or assist us clean the place!

Their service is terrible and not worth spending on! Save your money and go to a place that will honour you as a guest

Mam Salome is a scam - she gave us tables with no legs‼️ She is a SCAM and she’ll point fingers instead of fixing the issue‼️

The Orchards “Executive”Accommodation is a scam‼️ Save your money and book elsewhere for the sake of your peace
