The receptionist, Phindiwe is the best. My experience was not really good especially with the restaurant management team, they are not effective and they don't honour their words which make the whole 5 star hotel look like a 1 star. If they deal with their restaurant management team, they'll be one of the best in our country

Booked the restaurant private room for my birthday for 10 guests with clear instructions on arrival drinks and tapas to be ready. On arrival, nothing was prepared for my guests and no one knew what was going on with my booking.
Waiter allocated for the booking was below par for such a luxurious establishment. Quite embarrassing to have my guests constantly ask waiter to do basics like clearing up the table and pouring bubbly correctly. She was a very nice lady but no clue what she was doing.
Breathtaking venue, but that experience left a sour taste for a special occasion.

Book now! Spent a week here and loved every moment. The service was spectacular, venue is luxury and accommodating. Really great place to visit.

What a stunning hotel!!!!!!! The staff is super friendly and professional .The spa is fantastic and the food is absolutely delicious .
