One of the dirtiest places I've stayed in.
We were initially drawn in by the appealing price of this accommodation, which seemed to offer comfortable lodgings, combined with free wifi and breakfast.

Our first alarm bell should have been the poor communication when organising the shuttle pick-up. Despite attempts across numerous days, and an assurance we would be met at the airport, we were not.

The real problems we found had to do with our room. The ceiling fan did not work, there were no towels provided (when we complained about this we were given 2 threadbare towels), the bed and pillows were extremely lumpy and overused. The bed also did not have a flat sheet, and when we enquired about this we were informed that this establishment does not own any. We forfeited our reservation. We were booked for 3 nights, but couldn't face a single night there.
Wound not recommend, don't waste your time.

Property alleged that my card payment was not successful and that i needed to do a cash payment upon arrival. 6 days later they deducted the payment from my card again and now that i have requested a refund they are giving me the run around. I could understand if they money was deducted a day or 2 later, but 6 days? Appalling service. How many other customers do they do this to and get away with it? I will not bother commenting about the tranfers they said they would organise and didnt.....

My bf and l needed a place to just rest whilst waiting for the next flight but the place wasn't comfortable we checked out 3pm that same day because we were not comfortable. It didn't look secure either plus most of the things on their website are not there. I was very disappointed

what i like about these place was how cheap the price was yet close to the airport. the neatness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The manager called joel was a good person. love to be there again

What a dirty house n lazy receptionis. They take long to open the gate n the owner Samuel he is cruel he never pay my money back after I booked n when I get there all the rooms were full n my refund didn't get it so it yo choice we don't hv a same blood it was my bad I won't go there ever

The place is safe, affordable and the management is very good. They know how to receive visitors

The place is clean, security is strong and the management are very friendly and kind.
