During loadshedding, there was no hot water. The online services desk sucks, telephone number doesn't go thru, their beds are no comfortable,.The rooms are small an no warm blankets or duvets during winter seasons.

The place is the best and affordable. You don't feel. Rooms are always clean. Staff always willing to assist where they can and are able to. They understand privacy. Loved staying at the place.

Perfect stay and very helpful when somebody is not coversant with the place, I wouldnt regret coming for a mind clearance this side. You guys indeed made my stay very good. It was indeed home away from home. Esther and Lesego thank you so much. Awsome, expect me back soon or later.

Please let your frontline staff to be more attentive to customers. They will be busy on the phone and not attend customers.
