This Magistrates Court is a sad excuse for a place of justice. The Disabled lift has not been working for two years and the switchboard rarely answer calls. How is one to arrange anything if communication is non existent ?

I must say it was a very pleasant surprise to enter the premises , the staff at the entrance was very helpful and professional and directed me to where I had to go , once inside it was a pleasure to meet up with the lady I had to see and she dealt with my enquiry in a few minutes

Can You guys please pick up your phones so that one don't need to drive all the way from Boksburg for something that could have been told to you over the phone..
You cannot say that it is busy at the court as I was there and people are just roaming around relentlessly,

Big ups to the Security Officials whom are firm in the work that they are doing..
Just give them more information so that they know how to respond to people questions...

Sooooo the website says they open at 8am. Security say they open 0830. Last week they were open at 8am. Who knows, I guess things change on a whim. Who's in charge, or do things just appear to happen willynilly? Service to the public meh!
