They government leaders should visit these facilities. People always start the que around 6am, the clinic opens at 8am, only to start assisting its patients for around 10am.
People often say free things are the hardest but i think the government should employ the willing staff.
The stuff here is rather working for money than serving its people.

I am opening a company that will be randomly visiting public facilities and help eliminate the useless stuff members that are all about themselves forgetting the service to be rendered to its people.

I saw a pregnant woman shaking and a child crying.
I thought its Womans month. Help the sick, that's your job. We should Berg to be assisted at public facilities. At 11am everyone will be going for tea brake.

Meaning more hours for those that arrived at 6am while your staff was still at their homes.

These needs to stop, will work on it like hawks.

I do understand that the clinic starts to operate at 9h00 but doors should be open earlier for people to stay inside, some come with babies early to hold queue so they can get help but they stay out in the cold, the management must do something.

Reception is quite disorderly. No one is there to advise where patients ought to line up.

Once inside the clinic, there is a sense of professionalism. Lines are in order and consultations are quick.

The queues are quite long.... expect to spend around 4hours there but treatment and medication are absolutely free

Every time I visit this clinic.. They open a new file me and forget about your medical history record even if you are on a certain medication.. I think they trying to kill us..

Free treatment but the queues can be very long.
