Worst service ever,DONT EVEN TRY.I bought a mattress for R7,500 with the advise of the sales person on site,got home and noticed that they gave me a soft bed that is sinking while sleeping,went back to complain and i was told i should turn the mattress around as they multi-turn and choose the firm side.I did that and still the Mattress where sagging,went back to complain and i was reffered to the manager Mathew who was of no use,he insisted on coming to see the mattress which he did but said he cant make the call to replace the mattress only the regional manager will do that..following day i called Head office spoke to the regional manager Francoi who told me straight up that he wont replace the Mattress,'i should have double checked and tested the mattress before buying them'

He said he cant change the mattress because i already slept on them and i said to him,your sales person told me this Mattress has 2 years guarantees incase the bed is sagging and 10 years warranty if there is any fault on the bed so what happened to that,i asked for a refund and i was told Nope.bear in mind this happend in 10 days of purchasing this bed.

Their beds are sagging and sink when you sleep on,they sell GENTLE FIRM MATTRESS becareful guys i mean why would i want to sleep on a bed that is sinking.

Anyway i escalated the matter to my legal team i wont be bullied over just like that after i spend so much money.

Very sad and disappointing experience! Bed Shop is quick to issue a 30 year warranty + 5 year guarantee upon invoice when buying a bed. We bought a Dynamic Bedding Posture Supreme and after 3.5 years, the sponge material on top of the matress started lifting, causing big bumps. Conveniently they advised that, because of a light coffee stain on the opposite side of defect area, they cannot replace it. At the time, we reported it to the Store Manager at Festivall Mall during which an original commitment was made to repair it at their cost due to other people complaining about the same defect on these matresses. After 3 months of telephonic enquiries, the Area Manager informed us that we now have to pay for the repairs. This proving that Bed Shop Festivall Mall are making false commitments to customers. Be vigilant!!

The beds are fake. I bought a bed from this shop. 2 legs broke in less than 3 months. The bed itself started to make squeeky noises in less than a year. I am so disappointed considering that before this l had a bed from some unknown shop which lasted me around 5 years and is much cheaper than your beds. Never again will l buy a bed from you. You selling the name only.

I will never buy a bed from the bed shop festival mall, I bought my 2 beds from there, 2 months down the line the mattress was sinking on both beds, I called the manager Matthew to come and sort out the beds, they came checked and replaced it with a new mattress, a couple of months down the line the mattress's was sinking again, call them a number of times but still no assistance from them, don't be fooled by them telling you the bed has a 6 or 12 year warranty as it is not true at all, I have been waiting for them from 2017 and still no help from them.

The manager Matthew is not helpful at all.

Was sold a faulty bed and mattress. The base was squeaky and the legs came off on the 1st day, couldn't get hold of anyone, whether online or telephonically to assist with an exchange. Overall had a bad experience!
