Food was good but too hot(Chilli) I thought the rice would be a lot.

Nandos festival mall the place is clean however the was one lady (Jabu) by the till she showed-no interest in assisting anyone , she looked tired she was even lady to talk nor walk. I tried to order one of your special she just said “we dont hav” rubbing her face the entire time i end up buying what i ddnt want because evertime you ask her about a meal she would just ingnore . I got wrong flavour aswell i ddnt wanna go back to her .thank you to the chef the food tasta good although it was not what i wanted .jabu please improve your costumer service it is 1/100 if i have to rate you .

The service is really bad the waiters and waitresses are dismmisive. I have avoided it for years due to bad service and now I now why. Thanks but no thanks . We ordered the boujie bowl and nothing was boujie about it. The service in Pretoria Road is far much abd their food quality is excellent

Worst service ???? ever since, poor service, staff takes their own time to clean after other clients, my wife had to clear table for us after 15 minutes we were seated ???? filthy chairs, l expected better experience by your shop than l received ????
