We ordered a chocolate milkshake and found a very large peace of plastic inside the milkshake. We called the manager that did not look suprise at all at the event of this happening. I hope healthy and safety comes and check this place out. It makes you wonder what else are lurking in our drinks

1.Food is great on good days. There seems to be a lack of consistency in the kitchen.

2. Managers/ black male are rude and lack customer service therefore as a result, I will no longer offer my patronage at this restuarant.

3. Tables are sticky which leads me to believe that the place isn't cleaned often

Panarottis is VERY pricey, but VERY tasty too!
My waiter (Spencer) was great! Lost a little enthusiasm when I complained about something that the kitchen messed up (they forgot a toping on the pizza I ordered that came standard with that pizza). Life is too short to complain about everything, but in this case I was pressed for time and couldn't send it back to be rectified.
The kitchen manager dealt with it very professionally and sealed the deal for me to come back as a customer.

This experience took place with the place very empty, with only 2 couples, and 2 singles at the tables, and is therefore only from a "quiet time" perspective

Absolutely fantastic. We choose this restaurant over almost any other. Great place BUT what makes it the best is Nelson our regular waiter who always gives amazing friendly service and makes us feel at home. I would recommend this branch and ask for Nelson by name, you won't be sorry

After I gave them 5 stars I buy here every week but this evening was so disappointed with the service I got. I even doubt I'll ever go back to buy from panarottis ????

Been here fore 2 hours only received 3 pizza slices. First and last time I have tried them. Been saying fresh pizza in the oven for last hour. We at 3 and half hours...
