A beautiful place in general, but a disappointing experience with our room. Room 2. Broken cabinet filled with miscellaneous items. Only one remote for TV; none for decoder. Freezing toilet. Aircon dysfunctional.
Booked by a friend, so didn't want to complain much as we were just spending the night.

Arranged a function with friends from the past. An amazing environment. The set up is exquisite and beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient.
We would not mind a break away weekend. Just to chill and enjoy the "African" style - to relax and chill

First experience was good. BUT New management has a bad attitude. Intrusive and disrespectful.

I wish there were more stars to give because of the hospitality of this place. It is a hidden gem, 15mins from O.R. Tambo. Nice and Serene. Good amenities and the Manager is soo accommodating. Good wifi, which is heaven sent when you are so far from home. Triple bed, for a fraction of the price. I believe I have found a home while in Joburg. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful interior in almost all rooms. But need to say that Catering is of just one star???? as the kitchen department is understaffed often not on time and feeding us little food with lack of variety on the plate. Should hire more people withing in the BB.
