I had a lovely stay. Len was very helpful and so friendly. The room itself was very clean everyday. We stayed comfortably for 10 days. I will definitely go back there.

The gentleman, Len went out if his way to make my stay feel special. Yes it's not a 5 star but the treatment makes u feel like it is. From my booking to checking out.

If there was a possibility for 0 stars that is what I would pick. This place is very run down. New wing or not. Take care of the of the old wing too. At least get in a cleaning team and spring clean all the rooms. The doors are dirty. The light switches are dirty. One really feels very dirty here. The man running front of house seems a little lost. They way he talks to staff is out of the question.
If the owner of this place would like to make a decent turn over on this "guest house" he can give me a call and I will gladly assist with what needs to change.

Water is cold, bedding is dirty and has a funny smell. The rooms are cold and have no heaters, nor do we get extra blankets when we ask for them.
An unpleasant stay it's been.

The only advantage is that it's about 5 mins from the airport, so great for the early morning flight! Otherwise, not very comfortable at all... no toiletries, no hairdryer, no ironing board, no coffee making facilities, no fans / aircon, no heater, tiles breaking off the bath, shower dirty, no shelf in shower for own toiletries... very "cold". Not sure where its three stars came from!
