Flight with Qatar was delayed in Heathrow, starting point of travel home to Bloemfontein South Africa. That means missed the connection in Doha and missed the connection in Jhn. When I got to Jhn 7hours late tiered, no sleep since the night before and hungry, no flights to Bloemfontein meant sleepover. I phoned Avant Garde Lodge because I stayed the 5weeks ago when my trip started. Airport shuttle, lekke pressure shower and great food. Lenon came to pick me up, Armand made me coffee and the chef made a amazing steak. I felt so spoiled and looked after. And I was sitting at airport in tears just wanted to see family. Avante is friendly, warming and love to spoil quests. I can recommend them????????

Food was amazing. Personal was always friendly and happy to assist.
The name speak for speak for itself. Lovely garden view. Its a hidden lovely gem in Kempton Park.

Beautifully kept lodge with great staff and comfy beds. Rooms are kept ultra clean and neat.

Definitely not where you should take your family on holiday but perfect if gauteng grandma died and the fam needs to attend funeral. Ideal sleep over when missing a flight or attending a conference.

Management is great and hands-on. Super fast WiFi coverage in every room makes this an ideal lodge for conducting business when traveling.
