Do not buy your birds here , we bought 5 doves in total in august and not even a month later 2 of them died. They do jot give refunds and only sell old birds now my chicks is left without a mother. Do not buy here unless you want your heart broken.: :(

My fiance bought a sun conure a week ago from Birds of Africa .... not even a week later the bird died. It's very disappointing that customers are not notified that birds could have a problem and are unwell.. don't recommend this place :(

Prices of their fish are excessive considering they’re not looking that healthy. Dead fish left in the tanks as well. I haven’t been there in a while and won’t be going back.

Great variety in a very chilled setting. There is a little something for everyone. Plants to reptiles to custom built cages. There is also an awesome biltong shop where I also buy my eggs from.

Firstly we are so sorry for visiting your store and trying to support your business, Myself and my wife went to your store, the cashier was so rude, We wanted to by a baby African grey, when we asked for assistance the young man with long hair and super red eyes was so irritated by us asking if we can buy the African grey, arrogantly he said, the bird that is for sale in your shop is now not for sale he does not know where we can find an African Grey, Rude horrific service, please checkout your cctv,

Tripped inside due to a hole in the cement. The guy at the front just laughed at me and said "sorry about that" when I told him I tripped. My foot and knee is really painful, I just wanted a real apology, not a laugh because I nearly fell.
