Ok for one night. Comfortable bed, hot shower, clean room but lacks hugely of charm. Breakfast was poor, only thing to drink was coffee and tea. Cereals, bread, and you can ask for eggs, beans and sausage. Very convenient shuttle from and to the airport free of charge, which was very useful as I was sleeping here just for the connection of two flights. Takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport. So, overall the price is fair for the services.

The place is generally fine. Rooms fairly maintained. The shuttle only arrived 35 mins late at the airport. The service was much below par. No soap and other standard toiletries were provided. The breakfast was a far cry. Nonetheless, the price was ok.

My experience wasn't the most agreeable. There is much to improve with the state of the place. The owner needs to reinvest into cleaning and maintaining better rooms and showers. This is not a competitive place. Please remove a 5 stars rating from this profile, you ain't even a star.

My stay at this accommodation was horrible. The service was bad and the food was worst. We arrived the accommodation had no hot water, no working kettle, it the middle of winter and we had our kids with us. I was not happy and informed the manager who informed the owner. The owner agreed that we should be reimbursed so that we could find alternative accommodations as we also had a small baby with us. We have not received that refund until this day, a week later. when we called last week we were told tomorrow, and the next day the same. but now our calls are no longer being taken.

Booking. com has not assisted to retreave my money.

The lodge is amazing.

Clean. Refreshing. Tranquility. Stress reliever Friendly staff. Four stars I give.
Security and safety excellent.
I recommend for individual or family or group.
It's home away from home.

The only area of improvement needed urgently is breakfast offered.
It's too limiting.
Bread egg and a bit of bacon it's a big no daily. Cornflakes. A big no.
Have a wide spread so your guests can have a choice such as fruit. Cereals. Yogurt. Cheese. Omelets etc
Prepare it on time bring to serving area on time.
Use the latest serving equipments eg. warmers
The cover plastic plate

The breakfast needs urgent attention.

The lodge will be 100% fabulous.

We had a magnificent time and met wonderful people from other countries.

Great customer service, quiet environment. Reasonable rate for a traveler with limited budget, closer to the airport, free transport to and from the airport, venue for the meeting, Mall's...etc...and lovely people. Thanks for the good hospitality.

It's a decent and affordable place... I had a pleasant stay the guy who is in the front desk was very accommodating. Would definitely go back again
