If you're looking for a fancy place to stay, this isn't for you. But if you don't mind staying in a place that is a bit unrefined, this is a great value. Definitely for the low-maintenance traveller. Good place to sleep during our layover, with a self-serve breakfast and a shuttle to and from the airport. And you won't find a nicer guy than Rob - very friendly and eager to please. Very much a gentleman and insisted on taking my bag, which I appreciated.

Great location near the airport. The owner is lovely and offers free airport transfers which is a life saver! Basic breakfast included but is good enough. Free wi-fi. Would only recommend as a one or two night stay if in limbo waiting to catching a flight, otherwise not holiday standard and within a bit of a dodgy area to walk around. Protea hotel accross the road too which is useful for dinner

Rob and family provide great service, airport transfer, and safe clean haven at economical price. Love staying at this home away from home when we come to South Africa from USA.

Good quality/price ratio. Very very helpful staff. Free transfer from/to airport (just 5 min.)

Rob is a great host, he provides quick airport transportation and a comfortable inviting place to stay!

Far too ecpensive for what you get. Not tidy. They forgot to subtract the amount previously paid.
The bathroom was a catastrophe. The whole place is in bad conditions.

I stayed there in 2011 and I liked and I´d like to have the e-mail contact cause I am going to Africa on next months.
