I am so happy to see the SAA LOUNGE reopened.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The food was beautifully presented and very quality.

The food is delicious and ten times better than United Airlines Business Class food, seriously.

The lounge is very clean.

I am delighted to see the SAA lounge reopened.

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I used the shower and it was very clean. The rain shower was wonderful and. The attendantbwas very sweet.

The food is seriously delicious better than United Airlines Business Class, no, seriously!

I only had an hour or so in the lounge. There were some snacks and drinks and the interior was actually quite stylish. There were meeting rooms, work areas, smoking room, well kept toilet area and it seemed like it was also possible to take a shower. The lounge had a view to planes on the outside - all in all I'm left with a good impression of this lounge.

Very disappointing hardly any food available no desserts when I asked if they have the staff acted like I was asking for gold or petrol? The staff we loud talking amongst themselves not what I expected at all.

Really disappointed on the day. Staff is very friendly but the lounge feels very dated, furniture has seen better days and bathrooms were very disappointing. Lounge really needs some urgent renovations. Food and facilities are limited. Bidvest lounge in comparison has much more comfy furniture, charger/ usb ports, and more well lit and comfy feel. Still comfy and quiet and better than waiting at the terminal. But it can be much better.

This lounge is part of the Star Alliance, and it's fairly big. There are many sitting areas to choose from. The drink selection is great, while the food selection is a bit disappointing. Don't forget to ask for chips from the bar!

Not satisfiied!
I’ve seen many Lufthansa/StarAlliance Lounges around the world, but sorry, this one is NOT GOOD! It’ way off the internatinal standard.
Here is the good, the bad and the ugly:
the GOOD: /
the OKs: food, bar, many different rooms to relax, views, cleanness
the BAD: old lodge, stuff not really professionnal
the UGLY: not relax at all, not really cosy, lots of noise from refregerators, lots of echoes going on in the main room, definively not worth the price we paid
