Rudest staff I've ever met what a bad reflection on YOLO. I asked for a little hot water for my baby's milk. The rudest lady refused. This was after we were ordering a Chai latte. I am shocked at the service or lack there of

I really wish the owner of this place can contact me. Poor international passengers get this...I would leave SA immediately

The attitude this lady had was worse than the fact that they didn't wanna give hot water...in my own litte container mind u...

Asked the operator to make an Americano but not to fill the cup with water as I like a strong coffee. I ask him if he understands. He says yes.He fills the cup with water, worst cup of coffee I have ever had. Tasted like dish water. R30 wasted.

Firstly my review is based on my experience as an international arrival passenger at 2am. So truly appreciate the service of 24hrs as only outlet at arrival hall. Secondly the lady staff was courteous, greeted and great service. The seatings are wonderful to have relaxed coffee time. I found the price to be reasonable being inside airport terminal. The sandwhich options are decent and nice.

Disgusting coffee and disgusting staff! myself and another customer both complained about the extremely watery coffees we had received. When informing the staff as to the lack of actual coffee, I was faced with back chat and told “I don’t know what a cappuccino tastes like” the staff refused to admit there was a problem despite a number customers I saw complain in a very short time. Drastic action required in many aspects. It’s unfortunate that customers are not aware of how disappointing this establishment is before going.

Was told they are to busy would wait long time for coffee. That at the entry gate of int. Arrivals. Surely they could have it decently manned

One staff member serving, working the till and making the coffee at an international airport. They lost 7 customers just while I was standing there. Ridiculous.

Salty chicken mayo sarmies. awful sandwiches. Guy ahead of us on que complained but we ignored him thinking he's difficult...but it really was bad All the sandwiches
