Yummy food. Delicious coffee. Service was a bit slow, but I guess it was really busy. Some of the plates/cup were chipped. Overall a pleasant experience. Staff worked hard to accommodate our requests.

Lacklustre experience here.

Our macchiatos were cold when they came and the almond croissant tasted extremely strong with essence.

Even getting the bill took a long time as waiters are more concerned with standing outside getting more customers in than servicing those already seated.

We had drinks here with a family member leaving SA. The waiter wasn't very friendly and the service wasn't great. The pricing for simple items is ridiculous. The milkshakes were in the smallest cups and were mainly ice cream. Will try a different place next time we're at the airport.

Though prominently advertised, their fresh croissants are not available. Their tap water however is perfectly up to standard, and we received excellent service from our waiter.

This place is clearly understaffed and the staff that is there is not the most courteous. The waitresses were unfriendly and cold before we even sat down. I have never waited so long for coffee and muffin orders in my life. You'd think they were baking them. My Chai latte was nice, but the chocolate muffins were barely chocolate at all. The service and waiting so long for a simple order requiring no major preparation was disappointing. Especially in an airport setting.

We ordered iced coffees but they were not the typical latte with ice in drink that we expected. The drinks were more crushed ice than anything else and there were whole coffee beans in the bottom. I understand wanting to serve a more high-end looking coffee but the beans are unnecessary and don't add anything. Not forgetting that the coffees were very expensive for what we got.

Crazy pricing for nothing special.

R89 for a basic toasted cheese and tomato.
R23 for extra mushroom for the above.
R42 for basic orange juice.

None of the above we're listed on the menus either.
Won't be recommending or coming back.
