Great service that is always friendly and efficient, which is ideal when travelling.
I’ve visited this Mugg u0026 Bean several times over the years and never been disappointed.
The food is excellent, the options more than adequate for all palettes and it has comfortable seating with great views and places to charge devices.

Friendly staff and good food in the domestic departure restaurant, although a little slow in fulfilling our order and one meal was cold (which should have been hot). The international departures restaurant was great (photos attached).

I had one of my fondest memories here!I loved the ambiance of the restaurant created with the plants and the woddy accents.I ordered the Big Daddy Burger which was tasted fresh and had all the flavors needed,I just wish it was a big juicer.The fries on the side were good ,fresh out the kitchen too,but I wish they were crisper.The Margarita was great,I do wish I didn't taste as much tequila though.All in all,it was an lovely experience and I would definitely recommend investing!

They open early, 06:00, very helpful, especially with some international flights arriving before 05:00!

The Crew is cheerful and if you are lucky, you may get an attentive waiter.

The food is hit or miss.. It's either wonderful or just so-so, as is the coffee.

Overall a good bet when transiting through OR Tambo International Airport.

The restaurant has a little parking space for the luggage.

Food was pretty good, unfortunately coffees were not fantastic, although beautifully presented! My salad was very tasty but had more toppings than lettuce. If was in town again would most likely come here again. Food portions are very generous.

We had red cappuccino and American coffee highly recommended store for departure customers.Good location,easy access,friendly staff
Efficient service .Diana the waitress is very professional and delivered great service.Bran Muffin is fresh and tasty.
Immediately greeted and escorted to our table. Overall we had a good experience.We will come back thank you .With Mugg and Bean is always a safe choice .You will never go wrong

One of the best straight coffee I've had, which was shocking for an airport cafe. No sugar or creamer needed with the house blend. Our server Alfred was funny, quick and gave us great information.
