9 of us looking for a quick in and out ordering drinks and two croissants, and it took forever.

We got the croissants which were put in the microwave with the damn plastic still wrapping them.

Couldn't even eat them.

Waitress was so quick to run off right after taking our orders, then would take long to return with the orders. Did not once apologise or check up on us. It didn't even look that busy, but our food took about an hour to arrive.

We asked for fruit cocktail juice which she said they had, but everyone got orange juice. The poached egg was too hard, while the medium egg was green? We thought it was perhaps added herbs, but nope. Had to make a few trips the the bathroom. The white bread we ordered was brown bread, and the rye bread was stale. The plates were hot, but the food was cold? The chicken strips was way too deeply fried and extremely dry. Also, what's with the teeny bit of sauce that was provided?

The only good thing was perhaps the size of the hot dog, which for some reason was under the kids section? Meal was also not cheap. Would not recommend. Rather eat airplane food.

If I could give this place negative numbers, I would. Slow service is an understatement. My waitress Sandra was drunk or high or both. Didn't get what I ordered. When my stuff finally arrived, I had no cutlery. Definitely not the place you go if you're in a rush!

Change the staff! Cappuccino was cold. Wrong food order took forever. Customers don’t have an option but that doesn’t mean that they have to deal with the careless attitude from the staff

Potty there isn't a '0' (zero) score, never thought it would be possible. At R44 per pie, you'd expect something decent, not a dried out tasteless biscuit !

Terrible. The waitress brought us the bill before we could even order food. We should have just left but we did order and the food was dry and tasteless. We were really embarrassed for the people with us.

Bad service here.for the cost of their pies they can't even get you the correct order..
