Is it conference or bargain council, staff retreat or just a family out for the day, this palace has it all. Restaurants, fun u0026 games or hotel you can indulge yourself. Best casino experience and all you can imagine is here. I loved that Italian look/feel, paintings and art around its beautiful. BEST PALACE INDEED ????????

It was such an amazing place to have a lovely date night out! Lately there has been so many teenage kids making the place so bad. I couldn't enjoy a nice evening out because those kids constantly asked me and my partner where the bathrooms were about 7 times throughout our whole evening. I really wish that this place could just only allow people that are 18 and above.

I love the place wish it had other facilities for entertainment. We only have gaming for kids and the circus comes on occasions. Besides the Cinema there is nothing else to do with family and kids. The casino is for adults and we hardly go there when we have kids. Other than that it's a wonderful place to go to with family.

The standards of the place has been well maintained. A variety of options are available in terms of food. However, there are limitations for family entertainment, as there is only a cinema and game room available for kids. Still one of the safer options to go to for an evening out.

We stayed at the Premier Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. Some of the staff at the reception area were not people friendly but overall the rest of the staff were extremely friendly u0026 helpful. As for the staff in the breakfast dinning hall, they were absolutely wonderful, especially The Head Waitress. This lady was such a kind and bubbly soul that she made us feel right at home. Unfortunately the staff at the restaurants that are situated just before the entrance to the Casino Gaming arear were rude and uncooperative, especially the staff of the Steers Restaurant. Overall I can't fault Emperors Palace for a few bad apples.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Emperors palace for three nights and I wanted to give you my honest opinion on what my stay was like.

I checked in on Sunday afternoon, to a full reception area and really wished that they would have more than one receptionist manning the desk. The actual check-in process was easy enough and I left there with my key card in hand. Got to my room and it was very nicely laid out. The room was neat and tidy. However I started to notice problems, not all of the lights worked and one of the toilets flush buttons was broken.

I woke up in the morning and had a shower only to find that it leaked, water running down the side of the tiles. Water pressure was still good though. Went downstairs for breakfast and the breakfast on offer was very nice. It was buffet style and had practically everything you could want from bacon all the way over to fruit. Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 11:00.
The omelettes made were really very nice.

Decided after a hard day's work to watch some TV, but the TV did not work. Annoyed with it I turned it off and watched Netflix via my Laptop.

The check out process was seamless but the wait to get to the front desk was long. Again too few staff manning the front desk. Also one final annoying thing is they deactivate your key card after a certain period but they don't tell you anywhere that this will happen. I know it is for security reasons but it would help to know ahead of time. Getting to your door only to be locked out, then having to walk all the way back to the front desk, stand in a queue and then walk all the way back to your room.
-- Summary--
- Place and rooms are very neat and stylish.
- Bed is comfortable and bedding is very nice.
- Breakfast on offer is very generous and food is of a good quality.
- Rooms do have minor maintenance related issues. This was reported by all my colleagues regarding their rooms.
- 3 out of 5 stars.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms but need to improve at the tea station in the rooms to always ensure everything is clean. I also like the fact that it's close to the airport. There's restaurants and a cinema in the Emperors, making life easy.
