Great service from the team. They helped us despite weather conditions. Very quick and efficient. Inspection was done under 10 minutes.

Great place to have that chip in your window fixed or have a windscreen replaces too. Very friendly service offered and have a chat with one of the Staff while you wait for a chip in your windscreen fixed. Top technology used with resin and patent technology. Parking right outside the front door. They even do insurance claims and checks on vehicles - food to know when your insurance company needs you to take your vehicle in to be checked.
Credit and debit cards accepted. I was fascinated at how the lady staff member fixed the chip and explained every step in detail to me

Claimed through Discovery Insurance for a windshield replacement. On the day the works were completed, I could not attend to individual as I was busy with work. I received the invoice and completed an assessment of the vehicle a bit later. Without saying anything, the technician broke the clips of the cowl, effectively leaving a gap between the cowl and the windshield. I contacted the dealership who sent new technicians out. Upon arrival, the technical pulls out a steel putty hand scraper, which is not the correct tool to use to remove components from a vehicle. The end result, is me having to now drive around to purchase new clips to be replaced. Upon further inspection and removal of the cover, they also didn't bother reattaching the electronic wires, or the windshield wipers. Although the manager resolved the matter rather speedily, the replacement of the components could not be done in an acceptable time frame. Not sure if I would recommend this again and will in future insist on another fitment centre to replace the windshield. I have used PG Glass before without any fault or hassles.

I also think my review is fairly detailed enough for the recipient to understand the necessary procedural improvements to be taken.

Great quick service even whilst they were experiencing load shedding. Was there for an assessment and was done in ten minutes ????

Phoned around to many glass fit places and this branch by far beats the rest
Spoke to Ronel regarding my issue as not one glass/windscreen place has stock of the glass I'm needing to replace.
Ronel took my details down and promised to call me back which she did not only with sad news but with a solution to my problem.
This has put my heart at ease while I wait patiently for 21 workings days for the glass to arrive.

Claimed through insurance. Took WEEKS to get back to us. Made an appointment, arrived. They took the window out and realized it's the wrong year model and doesn't fit. Get your act together. This is unacceptable!!!!
