That breakfast was exceptional..... but the rooms were horrible ,the air conditioners were not working and the TV was not working. They didn't have bathing soaps, the security is horrible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Plumbing needs a lot of maintenance because we were woked up by vibrating pipes every morning.

The Wi-Fi is horrible very ???? slow.

there's no proper reception office as well

First off I must say that is was very cost effective.

The place looked clean on arrival. Was a bit of a wait at reception as no one was at front desk. The check in was simple and a smooth process.

The room was pretty standard, as was the price. Room looked clean and also the bathroom.

It has all the basics. Kettle, coffee, tea. TV had no channels available and the air conditioning was not working properly at all. The bedding looked clean and I also checked the place with a UV light to see hidden body fluids and didn't seem to find any. The bathroom was clean, the shower floor had some mould and the bathroom roof.

The next morning, breakfast was OK.
Simple and to the point.

Futher then that the stay was was good with no issues.

Outlook lodge needs a update or even need to clean there carpets more often it smells like dust didn't have a good night's rest my nose was clogged up with the dusty smelling carpets the shower head was rusted didn't take a shower and coffee cups were dirty didn't even have our breakfast after seeing that, guys you have potential just keep up to standards you won't find someone as pleasant as me that's not making it worse so please re group.....

Save parking, comfotable rooms, friendly hosts, close to OR Tambo airport, delicious food from the restaurant situated on site. Will visit there again anytime.

Stayed for one night in December as I had a long stop over between flights. I was contacted before my stay and told there would be someone to meet me at the airport and take me to the lodge which was really helpful especially after a long flight. The lodge was clean and well maintained and the rooms had all the basic amenities, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and soaps and shampoo etc in the bathroom. I had a nice meal at the restaurant on site and all the staff were very polite and friendly. I had an early flight out the next day and the manager arranged a ride for me as well as packing a huge breakfast bag for me to take on my travels which was very much appreciated. Overall a great stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Cleanliness is a big issue for me, me and my friends were very disappointed especially the kitchen area and dining hall, as for breakfast i don't even have words for it ????, the place has potential, we spoke to the manager, his excuse is that due to lockdown they only have 1 cleaner for the whole establishment. Lastly those carpets should be changed or given a deep sanitizing and cleaning. Their entertainment area is beautiful including the garden. They can do better.
