Nandos, please... explain to me how my slip shows hot chocolate pudding and you send me a peppermint dessert.

If you're out of stock, please do not make decisions on my behalf and with my money!

And the cherry on top... the dessert seal was broken when it arrived here!

You've made me waste R30 on something I won't eat.

A lady by the name of Tsholo,she is rude to the last level.Cheeky and hurrying customers to order faster even when they are busy familiarising themselves with menus,she cheek them.
Not a good customer service at all.She even swear at us.????????????????

Poor customer service, ordered food on Uber Eats and even called the store to confirm the order. The gentleman assured me that he has recieved the order and that didn't happen. It's twice now that I've ordered and never recieved the order.

Placed an order in Uber Eats and it was delayed by 2hours, when we called we were told to select option 2. When we called again and selected option 2, it rang a few times before getting cut, this happened twice. Very unhappy with the lack of response and assistance from the store.
