5 star experience. It feels so big and spacious. I don't like the dark roads at night to reach the Hotel, but can't fault them for it. This Hotel just over 2 years old, so everything feels still brand new. Lovely bar and restaurant as well, with a Spa and convention centre.

Ramadan menu here is absolutely fantastic. Chicken breast with there signature chili sauce out of this world. Thank you chef GIVEN for the amazing experience. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Wish the business success. Keep it up dear Radisson Hotel team.

This is a good venue, it is beautiful and have large training/boardrooms. The service was fantastic. I am just sorry that the amenities were acting up on the day. These were sorted out
I am truly impressed with the staff at the hotel.

It's my last night of 3 here. Its a beautiful hotel, well located in that its about 15mns to the airport. Spacious room, clean bathroom, at least on the 3rd Floor, nice and quiet. We checked-in to wonderful Reception staff amidst a Bus Load arrival. A bit of a boo boo when another guest opened my room with a hotel key. Mistake smoothly sorted. Had separately arranged Dinner for night 1, joined dinner for night 2 when suddenly we were quizzed about dinner arrangements as we finished meal. Detail we had checked upon arrival... DBB for 3 x 3 nights. Just came back from my last supper - mash, gravy and a piece of fish. I'm a light eater generally but tonight, being once again quizzed about dinner arrangements had me lose my appetite. Didn't even have a drink with my meal. Could not wait to leave. @Radisson Team, please fix such as the next guest to be taken through such may not be as patient.

Great exclusive place, truly elegant however, restrictions to access of other floors was a disappointment. As a guest, you're only restricted to your floor, wanting to go to another floor requires hotel staff permission. Visited the place on corporate business for over ten nights, when one of the colleagues celebrated her birthday, the hotel would not budge in helping her celebrate her special day away from her family. I found that a big turn off.

Attended a work conference here. What a lovely hotel. The coffee is bad but the food in the dining room is excellent. Staff is awesome. Overall highly recommended.

At a hotel for 3 nights. It was a business trip.
1. Not all things on the menu they have and they have no idea when actually discourage room service.
2. Dessert always dry in that buffet don't raise your hopes for no custard or malva pudding or anything of that sort.
3. Just because you fill the breakfast pack form don't expect to get it in the morning. You might as well go down and eat there.
4. Rice was raw so much that I called the chef to come taste it.
5. Did I mention you must bring you own seeds for that morning yoghurt. They have zilch no pumpkin, no chia nadda. Bring your own.
6. How do I forget the floors that were crowded by the kids that came for sports in 3 buses. How the hotel couldn't remove other guests to other floors where they were no kids running around screaming. I had to ask for another room.

NOW THAT'S OUT OF THE WAY HERE'S WHAT WORKED WELL.
1. TV is so advanced it allowed me to cast my own content from my phone.
2. The rooms are freshly done and very neat
3. I loved the soaps not the small containers like most hotels.
4. Loved the basement parking, well lit at all times.
5. Gym is so we'll equiped I found myself there twice a day.
6. The chef at the hot stove/ grill made it all worth it. Great service and great meals.
7. Security at the gate made everything worth it.

All in all it's a new upmarket hotel that can be great with minor additions.
