Cleanliness is a disaster, stains on the sheets, curtains and sheets, no hot water its a bit warm but not hot..
They had no vegan or vegetarian breakfast option.. but they made me a special plate when I asked for a vegan option and that was nice of them.

Beautiful from the outside... Compared to other Hotels, the rooms need attention. There is also no standalone soap or shampoo only wall mounted soap dispensers. You only get one set of coffee and sugar at the reception desk. When staying multiple days the coffee and sugar isn't replaced. TV's are about 28inch and channels are few. Better to use laptop with netflix subscription than too use the Hotels. Plus you get limited Wifi. The plus part is you eat at the Horseshoe restaurant which offers the best food in Kimberley.

If you love comfort do not come here the blankets look like they are not washed,our shower door was not closing most channels on our TV froze we had to go ask for the iron we had little time to use it the iron is burnt we went through a process to clean it so it can not burn our clothes I would not recommend this place at all

Place is decent enough. Covers the minimum required. Could do with some upgrades but all in due time

In Love with this hotel; the surrounding, the restaurant and bar, the stuff, just awesome. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Rating it 5 is deserved :)

Disagree... beds not on good condition , blankets not clean and sheets are not changed daily ..so I will rate it 2.5
