The service I received was amazing.
The staff was very polite and energetic..
The food was good and the best tasting KFC I've ever had. I had to take a picture before I finished all the food ???????????? . All the staff at KFC Monument Heights deserve a raise ????

Last night I received very poor quality food. I returned it and demanded my money back. The manager on duty offered to my me fresh food with fresh letters as the ones I received were turning brown. Fact is if they wanted to give my fresh letters they would have done so in the first place. This is the last time that I support KFC Monument Heights.
