Although the place was so beautiful and homely, toiletries were not replenished each morning once I got back to my room. The breakfast was minimal, and was laid out each day at the table with little option to indulge in an extra delight here and there (or something different if you wanted to try something new). The showers took a lengthy period of time to heat up. I made the most of 2 cold showers. The mini bar fridge in the room was not replenished on the trip and neither was the soap supplied in the shower itself. After reading many reviews I was very excited to stay at the BnB but felt that the stay during the week fell short in so many ways. A lovely place, but I feel not worth the price charged.

I had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff with excellent service. They really go out of their way to make their guests happy. Great value for money. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Jenna and staff for making our stay extra special.

It's been a memorable time spent at Barney Barnato. I enjoyed the peaceful enviroment and tranquility of it's enviroment. The service was exceptional. Thankyou Jenna and staff.

I arrived late at around 22:00, only to be told that they had a double booking and I needed to go to an alternative guesthouse which they’ve arranged. When I phoned the alternative Bu0026B, they weren’t aware of any booking by Barney Banato. They didn’t even make an effort to contact my travel agency to sort this out. I found her very inconsiderate for a Bu0026B owner. I eventually went to the alternative.

Clean, tidy, informed, everything in place. Unfortunately no water when I woke up, but as I said, I was informed.

One of the best places to sleep in Kimberly. In a league of its own.
