Zero system when placing an order - we placed an order for a hot chocolate and a berry smoothie today just before 15h00 - hot chocolate was ready in 3 to 4 minutes but the smoothie took nearly 15 minutes- my wife had to drink her hot chocolate in the shop while we waited for the smoothie - very unorganized

Coffee not as good as it used to be. But on my visit on the 18th Feb the coffee was good again! Thanks Kauai!
