It's an good hotel, not having a mini fridge in rooms is not okay with me. It's very neat not the greatest of views as the town's origins is mining. Very friendly staff and overall good service. Rooms are spacious with work desk and spacious beds. If you're looking for accommodation about R 1 300 per night then it's worth it.

Called reception and restaurant from 7:00 to 08:35 using room phone and cellphone. Even dialed 9 went to shower n left it ringing till I finished bathing, makeup n it was still ringing. Call 4 times with cell n no response. I wonder if I was in an emergency situation what would have happened to my life. I informed them at the reception n they seemed not to care.

The hotel is far from cleanliness. The same marks you leave are the same marks you’ll find upon return. Yesterday, I found dirty water spilled in the bathtub and left just like that. Basins and toilet seats are stained and dirty. No more!

Aircon that is so noisy that cannot be used, dirty carpet flooes, lack of sufficient parking so don't think about leaving after checking in, lack of elevators so expect a wait - outdated hotel that isn't worth it. I'd recommend looking at other options.

The rooms are ok. The fan/heater is very noisy. The bath in the bathroom didn't have a stopper and the shower knob didn't work
. The service is great however.

Stayed here during a work trip,service was great,rooms were also very nice,eating area waz the best for me,ambiance and all that.

During my stay, this hotel had an average service, you request for something, they take time to deliver or they forget.

The hotel itself around the reception area is good, the breakfast was great. The dinner is served at the adjacent Spur restaurant. I didn't like the structure of the hotel, it's like a hostel, you can be seen by everyone in the passage when you enter or exit your room.

This hotel has a gym inside, I liked that.
