Lizzie was awesome and she's a great asset to the business. The room was excellent and the service first class. Some constructive criticism: The en-suite bathroom was a great disappointment. The spa bath didn't work. The shower look dirty. The mixer on the basin was loose. The tap on the bath had a missing cap. The towel rail was haphazardly repaired with a mismatched end. There was a doorstop below the toilet (why) which I stubbed my toe on twice. And did a blind tiler do the grouting? Conclusion: Room and service u003d premier. Bathroom u003d below par.
