It's clean and intimate. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The deserts are heavenly, inspired and will leave you wanting more.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. When I went to pick it up, they claimed that they did not receive such an order. After a long wait, they eventually found the cake. What I find unacceptable is that they did not package it with dry ice as they claimed the didn't have any. This after I was assured when I placed the order, that they would package it with dry ice. Really?!?! Kimberley is currently 33 degrees Celsius. How do you sell ice cream cakes and not have the correct packaging materials. We live 5 min away from the shop. It was so hot, when we arrived home, the cake already started to melt. So, as a result I now have a lopsided cake and a very disappointed 9 year old... And all of this for the "bargain" of R360!
Your take away from this can be to rather find a nice recipe and make your own cake at home.

And then you get a "response" from the owner with a link that doesn't work... My phone number is in your order book. If you really want to address this, as you say, phone me.

I wanted to treat myself and my son with a tub of ice cream, decided what we want to have and then we had to wait to be assisted. There were another couple to who also seemed irritated not been assist. The shop is too small and need more personnel to be able to assist clients not walking all over the show and chatting.

Good quality snacks and drinks and good service. Wait times are average and faces are always friendly!!

Went their twice both times I basically got a cup of milk and the chocolate tasted like wax
