Good day!

I've been shopping the past 13 years at Pick a Pay, North Cape Mall.

The past year it happens that stock levels aren't managed according it used to be..... It happens more often that products that was usually stocked aren't on the shelf. Then I need to drive to Spar as well to get what I need. Today I needed orley whip - nothing, no stock..... Previously it was tomatoes, the other day lettuce, Lay's Balsamic vinegar, so I can carry on.. Please ensure that the person responsible for the stock levels manage it properly!

A fair selection of products and good prices but the queues at the tills can be long.

As it was early morning shopping, the butchery was still being restocked. All other items were readily available.

Some isle were hard to negotiate with my husband in his wheelchair. I bought a Pinewear kettle and it was faulty

Prices on the shelves not correct. R40 more at the till. I ask for a manager but she never comes to address the problem. Bad service
