Out of all the stores I visited in search of Black Friday deals today, this was the ONLY store where every staff member offered to assist me. JJ helped us and he went to extra lengths to give us all the answers to our questions. The service in this store is impeccable! Well done guys. There’s nothing worse than waiting around for someone to help you in a shop which is most often the case.

What p's me off the most is when they dont answer their phones!!! The least u can do if there is a staff meeting is to leave someone on phones to take custemors details so that u can call back later!
Other than this issue...
I think House u0026 Home Matlosane Mall branch has the best variety of outdoor/patio furniture in town!
I've also had issues with service in store... waited 10 mins once for someone to help me... no one around... so i left!

Bought fridge and lounge suite cash, took forever to deliver had to beg for the whole week, come time to deliver the delivery guys were rude and drunk they didn't even finish assembling the fridge, it's worse they lied that to assembly there's money that needs to be paid, I called the store a day immediately after delivery as the delivery day was Sunday, they promised to come check the fridge out and finish assembling never showed up have been calling unanswered haven't been frustrated by bad service like this, this was my last time buying in house and home Matlosana mall, what a disgrace

Absolutely no customer service. Quick to sell to you but Absolutely atrocious after sales service when you have a problem!

Very exciting prices I prefer to do laybyes n have never complaints about the items I bought defy microwave n defy washing machine a year is over now using them
