The user experience was horrendous! First no tomato sauce, then I asked for one of those small sauces just for my chips. Charged me R5 for a small sauce. Something that probably cost them 10c to manufacture. And this after they had no sauce. I promised myself I will never in my entire life again support KFC after this! And I will stick to it! It's a principle matter.

Terrible. We ordered our food in advance and still had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. Your reliablitily was questionable and i will not be coming here again. Honestly, dissapointing.

We placed an order at the drive through but we were told to park and wait fir the order. They gave us a wrong order even though they asked to confirm it. We paid more but got an order for less.

Very busy at times, especially during dinner, but the que moves quick and the food is fresh

Sevice wasTerrible wait 30 min to be help,then we were informed we have to wait for chicken to be prepared and to be fried,we left.????

Staff is friendly which is really nice. Unfortunately the chicken was undercooked and oily
