I have always been a fan of Nandos N12, but today I'm entirely disappointed about the food I bought. The rice and the tomato gravy are undercooked, there were no sauce, cutlery and margarine in my package. I'm so angry because I bought enough meal for supper and breakfast....dry bun without margarine and chicken without sauce ????

On 10th of June 2022 at13:24, I made an order at Nando's Klerksdorp...... What a disappointment!!!!!! The meat was under done, it was not edible ... I ordered half hot and half extra hot but the meat was tasteless... It tasted like it was boiled and basted with a few grill marks ... I still remember my order hot pot extra hot, chicken stripes kids meal, pineapple mojito, quarter chicken, full chicken HALF HOT AND EXTRA HOT with two sides green salad and rolls but the rolls were Not there... It was hour away.... My family was disappointed
I will never make the same mistake again.

Drive through takes at least twice as long as the others. Food is expensive and portions are small. Go learn about value from Mochachos.

Nandos cannot be beaten ...the hotter the better. Side dishes are pretty awesome too. Vthe spinach, pap and coleslaw

Good place but food is done caller mixed numbers without explanation. Eg for 4186 she would call 1864. Had two orders, same challenge.
