The chicken sold to us on 26 May 2022 in the evening was awful - dry, burnt and oil was not clean. Extremely disappointing????. Actually deserved one star. Have had better experiences in the past

Food was good, but service can be worked on. Received no spoons for the mash and only 2 packs of spice but we are 4 people.

This is the worst KFC there is in Klerksdorp, staff is unhelpful , rude, extremely slow , can never get the order right and they lady taking the orders has a very bad attached as if she is doing you a favour to take our order. KFC is pathetic please do something before it's to late

Slow service and a hel of a noise..... staff speaking in very very very loud tone....and it seems unorganized..... scrambling back and forth. Foodstuff nice as always

The WORST!!!!!

Order is never right, when I order extras, which I PAID FOR!!!!! Never get them! When you call, they never answer.

I live very close by, but next time I'll rather go the extra mile and go to another kfc.

The most unfriendly front staff ever and the way that they present themselves are appalling. Body language says a lot and the message I got was seriously not good.

Service was a bit slow but I guess it was due to the load shedding would help if they put enough staff as they know it will be busy otherwise great food
