I love Roman's and the pizza is great, but they must look at something beter to do with the waiting line. Because people just walk in and go to the front, while the rest has been waiting long.

Their pitza is very tasty would be a grate thing if not all pitza places opens at 10 in morning. there food quality is good just sometimes you order pitza pies and you get wrong
Flavours or you wait very long for orders to be completed.

Worst service ever. Ordered online to collect order at 17:30. On arriving at 17:28, the order was not ready and not logged on the system. I showed the order number on my cellphone and the cashier took my phone and walked to the kitchen area and another took my phone from her and when I complained about all the people handling my phone without gloves, I was told I must wait for exactly half past five to be told if my order was ready. The order was paid already online. I took my phone and showed the cashier it was 17:32 and she ignored me and called another customer to assist. At 17:40 I asked what is the problem, because orders are going out , but mine is not ready. One of the kitchen staff shouted loudly, tell Her orders take minimum of 15minutes. I was very angry, because the small waiting area was shoulder to shoulder full and no social distancing at all my order was processed online at 15:45 for collection at 17:30. I asked for order to be canceled and full refund and then suddenly another cashier said, why is the customer waiting when the order is ready.? It was the order I saw on the counter put out about 5min before that. On my way out there were 3more angry customers with the same problem. Our money keeps the company going and one is treated with no respect whatsoever.

My favorite pizza place. Competant staff. Waiting times are a bit longer during weekends and peak hours. Get there before the rush and you won't wait as long.
