I would like to inform the owner of the this establishment that I am a regular customer at the Noord st branch Klerksdorp. On Saturday 16 April 2022 I decided to go and buy at the mini vaal fisheries..... much to my disappointment ???? the gentleman working at the till taking the orders apparently wants uou to speak in Afrikaans only... I am english so perhaps this where the misunderstanding came in gave 2 simple orders asking that they are packed separately but paid together. Firstly he rang up the wrong amount, secondly got the order wrong. And believe me this was a small order nothing difficult. When I once again checked that he pack it separately he requested I only speak Afrikaans which I then did. As we waited he put his hands over his eyes shaking his head, not exceptable ... there was no unusual requests. A minute after this reaction lady walked in and placed her order in ENGLISH. I hope she got what she ordered. The shop had 3 people in at the time. No excuse of being too busy. Noord st has an immense clientell daily and never have I had a problem... Mini vaal fisheries needs to brush up their service and employees to the other shops standards.
