Very slow service... After receiving our drinks, we waited 30 minutes before we saw our waiter again. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get our bill. Usually receive much better service there.

Had such a wonderful experience with this spur, friendly, helpful staff, good food and the tables upstairs have a beautiful street view.

Requested that they replace chips with hash brown and was told they couldn't on the special but yet they has issues with the cheese griller and quickly replaced that with boerewors.

The worst was the butter knives weren't clean, still has sauce on that dried out and waitress said she would take it up with scullery, upon return she said she wiped it clean with a wet cloth and polished it.......seriously disgusting!!!!

We as a family of four eat at Spur Wilkoppies 1-2 times a week. We always get good service and good food. But tonight we had a bad experience. Our waiter tried his best to serve us, but he didn’t have backup from the kitchen or management. A water pipe broke, so no water and no backup in case of no water. Couldn’t even get a cuppachino although we offered to pay for bottle water to make the cuppachino?!?! Also waited very long for our food u0026 ended up taking our food as take aways as our children were getting tired. I only wrote this review to put it under the attention of the owner. It is a a great Spur, but it needs some improvement.

The food was excellent, service was great and the play area for my toddler was very nice to keep him busy. Overall very good experience. Will definitely recommend.

It's alright, food could have been served faster, we had to order food for about 3 times before the brought our actual orders.
