Staff was a little unfriendly, and very unhelpful. Was looking for something specific that is on the Mr price website, staff just gave a flat look and replied I have to order it from the site. It's a 2k item, that we wanted to test and see if it was comfortable, staff members didn't seem to care much

I visited Mr Price Home and the music playing was so loud and not at al customer friendly. There weren't any trolleys to load my shopping in. After being very anoyed with the music I left the products and rather went to another store thats more customer friendly.

Got here about 15 min to 2 amd i was net let in after I came yesterday and asked about the times. If you close at 2 make your times 13:45.

I drove all the way to get some stuff and again I was turned away because dors are closed.
Please make your times right this has been the worst experience ever I had with you guy's amd then the door lady said she didn't speak with me yesterday????

Poor service at mr price home matlosana mall. The person who assisted me Mbulelo did not return my parcel that was handed to him. Did not even call to say i forgot to hand you your parcel.
