Very unhappy with the service we got. We ordered online but still had to wait in queue. The teller or apparently the manager tossee our order to us while we waited. My colleague then got into an altercation with asking why she threw her food at her like that. These events took place at around 14:30-14:50.

Cashier busy with client infront of me and texting on her phone whilst talking to the client.. in no hurry to help other clients.. so another cashier came to help and she told her she must finish up with the client.. we waited almost 10 minutes before I was asked if they can help me.. I was the only other client.. so when I stepped closed the cashier that was still on her phone.. through me an rude way of talking to me.. I turned around and decided not to place an order.. will never order there again.. went to KFC on N12.. and got excellent service...

Your stuff doesn't know customer service, I've went there several times and when you go there after 7pm they tell you that they don't have meat, why is the shop still open when you don't have chicken?

Food was fresh. Staff friendly. Music a bit too loud for my taste. Very noisy
